January 9, 2023: West Hartford, CT 06107 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Conard Red Wolves (West Hartford, CT) and the visiting Middletown Blue Dragons (Middletown, CT), saw Conard's basketball squad overcome Middletown by a tally of 45-37.
With the victory, Conard improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Red Wolves travel to RHAM (Hebron, CT) to play the Raptors in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 11. The Raptors come into the challenge with a record of 8-2. RHAM won 43-26 in their recent non-league challenge against New Britain (New Britain, CT)
Next up, the Blue Dragons play the Lewis Mills Spartans (Burlington, CT) in a Central Connecticut - West Colonial challenge, on Friday, January 13. Middletown will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 33-31 non-league loss to Tolland (Tolland, CT).
