New York High School Basketball - Tully nips Institute of Tech
January 9, 2023: Tully, NY 13159 Tully Black Knights (Tully, NY) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Institute of Tech Eagles (Syracuse, NY), 44-41 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Tully upgrades its record to 1-6 on the campaign. The Black Knights travel to Fabius Pompey (Fabius, NY) to play the Falcons in a Section 3 Patriot bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 1-2. Fabius Pompey lost 44-24 in their recent league bout against Onondaga (Nedrow, NY)
Next up, the Eagles play the Westhill Warriors (Syracuse, NY) in a Section 3 Liberty bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Institute of Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 7-2 record after their 59-15 league win over Solvay (Solvay, NY).
