January 9, 2023: Old Bridge, NJ 08857 The Old Bridge Knights basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting J.P. Stevens Hawks to 40 in the Knights league triumph on Monday.
The Knights now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Brunswick for a Greater Middlesex - Red contest on Tuesday, January 10. Old Bridge will battle a Vikings team coming off a 71-58 non-league win over Pennington (Pennington, NJ). The Vikings record now stands at 7-2.
The Hawks (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Woodbridge (Woodbridge, NJ). The Barrons come into the non-league bout with a 4-4 record. In their last bout, Woodbridge was knocked off by Middlesex (Middlesex, NJ), 49-35, in a non-league bout.
