California High School Basketball - Swett trounces Kennedy
January 9, 2023: Crockett, CA 94525 The Swett Warriors (Crockett, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Kennedy Eagles (Richmond, CA), 53-22 in Monday's non-league test.
The Warriors (8-5) will now prepare for their test against St. Patrick-St. Vincent (Vallejo, CA). The Bruins go into the Tri-County - Rock test with a 11-1 record. In their last test, St. Patrick-St. Vincent walloped Saint Mary's (Albany, CA), 62-40, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to El Cerrito for a Tri-County - Stone test on Wednesday, January 11. Kennedy will encounter a Gauchos squad coming off a 29-28 league win over Richmond (Richmond, CA). The Gauchos record now stands at 3-6.
