The Milford Bearcats basketball team (Milford, IL), was overwhelmed 37-9 in Monday's league battle with the visiting Oakwood Comets (Fithian, IL)

The Comets now possess a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Georgetown-Ridge Farm for a Vermilion Valley battle on Thursday, January 12. Oakwood will confront a Buffaloes team coming off a 44-39 league loss to Watseka (Watseka, IL). The Buffaloes record now stands at 8-7.
