Minnesota High School Basketball - Paynesville crushes Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta
January 9, 2023: Paynesville, MN 56362 Paynesville Bulldogs (Paynesville, MN) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta Tigers (Morris, MN), 63-24 in a league bout.
With the victory, Paynesville upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Maple Lake (Maple Lake, MN) to play the Irish in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 12. The Irish come into the bout with a record of 2-6. Maple Lake lost 55-33 in their recent non-league bout against Eden Valley-Watkins (Eden Valley, MN)
Next up, the Tigers play the Sauk Centre Mainstreeters (Sauk Centre, MN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Mainstreeters come into the bout with a 7-2 record after their 42-41 non-league loss to B O L D (Olivia, MN).
