Minnesota High School Basketball - Swanville tops Parkers Prairie
January 9, 2023: Parkers Prairie, MN 56361 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Swanville Bulldogs (Swanville, MN) and the host Parkers Prairie Panthers (Parkers Prairie, MN), saw Swanville's basketball squad knock off Parkers Prairie by a count of 59-50.
With the victory, Swanville upgrades its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Long Prairie-Grey Eagle (Long Prairie, MN) to play the Thunder in a A Section 5 challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Thunder come into the challenge with a record of 1-7. Long Prairie-Grey Eagle lost 57-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Osakis (Osakis, MN)
Next up, the Panthers play the Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley Wolverines (Graceville, MN) in a A Section 6 challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Parkers Prairie will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record.
