Washington, DC High School Basketball - Washington Christian Academy overwhelms Washington International
January 9, 2023: Washington, DC 20008 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Washington Christian Academy (Olney, MD) and the host Washington International Red Devils (Washington, DC), saw Washington Christian Academy's basketball squad wallop Washington International by a count of 48-18.
With the victory, Washington Christian Academy upgrades its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The host Smith Jewish Day School (Rockville, MD) to play the Lions in a Potomac Valley challenge on Wednesday, January 11. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Smith Jewish Day School won 53-25 in their recent league challenge against Model Secondary School for the Deaf (Washington, DC)
Next up, the Red Devils play the Spencerville Adventist Academy Hornets (Spencerville, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 23. Washington International will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
