The Dora Coyotes (Dora, NM) basketball knocked off the visiting Cloudcroft Bears (Cloudcroft, NM), 42-33 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Coyotes (7-2) will now prepare for their test against Melrose (Melrose, NM). The Buffaloes go into the non-league test with a 10-1 record. In their last test, Melrose went down by Des Moines (Des Moines, NM), 63-53, in a non-league test.
