Illinois High School Basketball - Hersey crushes Schaumburg
January 9, 2024: Arlington Heights, IL 60004 Hersey Huskies (Arlington Heights, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Schaumburg Saxons (Schaumburg, IL), 63-19 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Hersey upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Huskies host Buffalo Grove (Buffalo Grove, IL) to clash with the Bison in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 18. The Bison go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Saxons clash with the Conant Cougars (Hoffman Estates, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 13. Schaumburg will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record.
