January 9, 2024: Marissa, IL 62257 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Marissa/Coulterville Meteors (Marissa, IL) and the visiting Maryville Christian Lions (Maryville, IL), saw Marissa/Coulterville's basketball squad wallop Maryville Christian by a tally of 54-32.
With the victory, Marissa/Coulterville improves its record to 14-5 on the campaign. The Meteors travel to Dupo (Dupo, IL) to confront the Tigers in a Cahokia - Kaskaskia challenge on Thursday, January 11. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 3-13. Dupo lost 40-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Steeleville (Steeleville, IL)
