Louisiana High School Basketball - Willow fells McDonogh 35
January 9, 2024: New Orleans, LA 70122 Willow Lions (New Orleans, LA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host McDonogh 35 Roneagles (New Orleans, LA), 44-35 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Willow upgrades its record to 4-5 on the season. The Lions travel to Christ Episcopal School (Covington, LA) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, January 12. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Christ Episcopal School lost 52-13 in their recent non-league bout against Morris Jeff (New Orleans, LA)
Next up, the Roneagles clash with the John Ehret Patriots (Marrero, LA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 10. McDonogh 35 will attempt to upgrade on its 10-10 season record.
