January 9, 2024: Kyle, TX 78640 Akins Eagles (Austin, TX) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Lehman Lobos (Kyle, TX), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Eagles face the Bellville Brahmas (Bellville, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 11. Akins will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Brahmas enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Sealy (Sealy, TX).
The Lobos now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Seguin for a non-league challenge on Friday, January 12. Lehman will face a Matadors team coming off a 0-0 non-league Manor (Manor, TX). The Matadors record now stands at 0-2.
