South Dakota High School Basketball - Vermillion fells Baltic
January 9, 2025: Vermillion, SD 57069 The Vermillion Tanagers basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Baltic Bulldogs to 47 in the Tanagers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Tanagers now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Madison for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14. Vermillion will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 89-55 non-league win over Deubrook (White, SD). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-2.
With the loss, Baltic falls to 4-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Chester (Chester, SD) to confront the Flyers in a non-league game on Thursday, January 16. The Flyers go into the game with a record of 1-8. Chester won 61-58 in their recent non-league game against Alcester-Hudson (Alcester, SD)
