Iowa High School Basketball - Prince of Peace Prep bests Camanche
January 9, 2025: Camanche, IA 52730 The Prince of Peace Prep Irish basketball team scored 69 points and limited the host Camanche Indians to 51 in the Irish non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Irish now possess a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to North Linn for a Tri-Rivers game on Friday, January 10. Prince of Peace Prep will play a Lynx team coming off a 60-40 non-league win over WACO (Wayland, IA). The Lynx record now stands at 10-1.
With the loss, Camanche falls to 2-8 on the campaign. The Indians travel to West Branch (West Branch, IA) to play the Bears in a River Valley game on Friday, January 10. The Bears go into the game with a record of 2-8. West Branch lost 72-57 in their recent non-league game against Notre Dame (Burlington, IA)
