With the victory, Flushing upgrades its record to 2-4 on the year. The Red Devils host Aviation (Long Island City, NY) to face the Flyers in a non-league match on Friday, January 10. The Flyers enter the match with a record of 5-1. Aviation lost 69-40 in their recent non-league match against Bayside (Bayside, NY)
The Bulldogs now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newtown for a PSAL 3A Queens II match on Monday, January 13. Long Island City will face a Pioneers squad coming off a 98-47 league win over Bryant (Queens, NY). The Pioneers record now stands at 7-1.
