In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Gadsden County Jaguars basketball team scored a good 45-36 triumph over the St. John Paul II Panthers.

The Jaguars (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Walton (DeFuniak Springs, FL). The Braves go into the non-league contest with a 8-8 record. In their last contest, Walton topped South Walton (Santa Rosa Beach, FL), 43-36, in a league contest.
