Ohio High School Basketball - Ravenna toppled by South
January 9, 2025: Ravenna, OH 44266 South Rebels (Willoughby, OH) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Ravenna Ravens (Ravenna, OH), 61-47 in a non-league match.
With the victory, South upgrades its record to 4-7 on the year. The Rebels host Harding (Warren, OH) to face the Raiders in a non-league match on Saturday, January 11. The Raiders enter the match with a record of 9-2. Harding won 67-50 in their recent non-league match against Sharon (Sharon, PA)
The Ravens now sport a 2-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Norton for a Metro match on Wednesday, January 15.
