Colorado High School Basketball - Douglas County thwarts Heritage
January 9, 2025: Littleton, CO 80120 The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Douglas County Huskies (Castle Rock, CO) and the host Heritage Eagles (Littleton, CO), observed Douglas County's basketball team knock off Heritage by a score of 62-53.
The Huskies (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Arapahoe (Centennial, CO). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 8-0 record. In their last challenge, Arapahoe prevailed over Highlands Ranch (Highlands Ranch, CO), 42-21, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Eagles encounter the Columbine Rebels (Littleton, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 10. Heritage will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Rebels come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 64-55 non-league win over Colorado Academy (Denver, CO).
