The Blue Valley Northwest Huskies (Overland Park, KS) basketball toppled the host Notre Dame de Sion Storm (Kansas City, MO), 49-40 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Huskies now possess a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Saint Thomas Aquinas for a Eastern Kansas bout on Tuesday, January 14. Blue Valley Northwest will play a Saints team coming off a 62-59 league win over Bishop Miege (Shawnee Mission, KS). The Saints record now stands at 4-1.
