The Douglas County Huskies defeated the visiting Fountain-Fort Carson Trojans basketball squad by a final score of 54-40 in Thursday's non-league outing.

Next, the Huskies clash with the Pueblo County Hornets (Pueblo, CO) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, January 14. Douglas County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Hornets come into the outing with a 3-6 record after their 61-13 non-league loss to Palmer Ridge (Monument, CO).

The Trojans (4-6) will now prepare for their outing against Holy Family (Broomfield, CO). The Tigers come into the non-league outing with a 5-2 record.
