The Corning Cardinals (Corning, CA) basketball toppled the visiting Quincy Trojans (Quincy, CA), 56-36 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Cardinals now possess a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to Oroville for a bout on Tuesday, January 14. Corning will play a Tigers team coming off a 75-17 non-league loss to University Prep (Redding, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 2-10.

With the loss, Quincy falls to 5-4 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Hamilton (Hamilton City, CA) to play the Braves in a non-league bout on Friday, January 10.
