The White Bear Lake Bears topped the host Fridley Tigers volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Bears now have a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stillwater for a Suburban East test on Tuesday, October 7. White Bear Lake will confront a Ponies team coming off a 3-1 league win over Park (Cottage Grove, MN). The Ponies record now stands at 16-4.

The Tigers (9-6) will now prepare for their test against Totino-Grace (Fridley, MN). The Eagles enter the North Suburban test with a 6-14 record. In their last test, Totino-Grace was knocked off by Apple Valley (Apple Valley, MN), 3-0, in a non-league test.
