South Carolina High School Football - Buford knocked off by Cheraw

October 1, 2021: Lancaster, SC 29720

Cheraw Braves (Cheraw, SC) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Buford Yellowjackets (Lancaster, SC), 31-15 in a league test.

With the triumph, Cheraw improves its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Braves travel to Central (Pageland, SC) to confront the Eagles in a AA Region 4 test on Friday, October 8. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-4. Central lost 30-12 in their recent league test against Andrew Jackson (Kershaw, SC)

With the loss, Buford drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Chesterfield (Chesterfield, SC) to confront the Golden Rams in a AA Region 4 test on Friday, October 8. The Golden Rams come into the test with a record of 3-1. Chesterfield won 57-50 in their recent league test against North Central (Kershaw, SC)
