October 1, 2021: Jackson, MS 39211 The Greenville Christian Saints (Greenville, MS) football defeated the host Jackson Academy Raiders (Jackson, MS), 30-9 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Saints (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Rossville Christian Academy (Rossville, TN). The Wolves come into the MAIS 3A District 1 challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Rossville Christian Academy knocked off Macon Road Baptist (Memphis, TN), 40-14, in a non-league challenge.
The Raiders now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hartfield Academy for a MAIS 6A District 1 challenge on Friday, October 8. Jackson Academy will meet a Hawks team coming off a 50-0 league win over Parklane Academy (McComb, MS). The Hawks record now stands at 7-0.
