The Knights (11-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Cornerstone Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC). The Cougars enter the NCCSA A District 4 - East Region challenge with a 0-5 record.
Next, the Eagles encounter the Rocky Mount Academy Eagles (Rocky Mount, NC) in a NCISAA Carolina Independent 2A/1A challenge, on Monday, October 4. Oakwood will attempt to move on its 7-6 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 16-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Epiphany (New Bern, NC).
