October 1, 2021: Lakeside, CA 92040 The Mater Dei Catholic Crusaders volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host River Valley Leopards to 0 in the Crusaders non-league victory on Friday.
The Crusaders now have a 13-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to High Tech SD for a non-league game on Friday, October 1. Mater Dei Catholic will confront a Storm team coming off a 3-0 league loss to University City (San Diego, CA). The Storm record now stands at 8-8.
The Leopards (2-10) will now prepare for their game against San Pasqual (Escondido, CA). The Golden Eagles enter the non-league game with a 5-10 record. In their last game, San Pasqual gained a win over Valley Center (Valley Center, CA), 3-2, in a league game.
