California High School Volleyball - Bassett nudged by South East
October 1, 2022: South Gate, CA 90280 The South East Jaguars volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Bassett Olympians to 1 in the Jaguars non-league victory on Saturday.
The Jaguars now possess a 9-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Monrovia for a non-league game on Saturday, October 1. South East will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 league win over Temple City (Temple City, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 14-9.
The Olympians (10-11) will now prepare for their game against Ramona Convent (Alhambra, CA). The Tigers enter the non-league game with a 15-5 record. In their last game, Ramona Convent nipped Alverno Heights Academy (Sierra Madre, CA), 3-1, in a league game.
