South Dakota High School Volleyball - Bison can't hold off New Underwood
October 1, 2022: New Underwood, SD 57761 In Saturday's non-league battle, the host New Underwood Tigers volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Bison Cardinals.
The Tigers (10-7) will now prepare for their battle against Gordon-Rushville (Gordon, NE). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 14-6 record. In their last battle, Gordon-Rushville was edged by Bayard (Bayard, NE), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Cardinals encounter the Wall Eagles (Wall, SD) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, October 1. Bison will attempt to advance on its 4-11 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 8-6 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Newell (Newell, SD).
