Nebraska High School Volleyball - Elba edged by Cornerstone Christian School

The Cornerstone Christian School Cougars held off the host Elba Bluejays volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Cougars now have a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to College View Academy for a non-league test on Monday, October 3.

The Bluejays (5-10) will now prepare for their test against Anselmo-Merna (Merna, NE). The Coyotes enter the D2 District 7 test with a 11-7 record. In their last test, Anselmo-Merna was nudged by Burwell (Burwell, NE), 3-1, in a non-league test.
