October 1, 2022: Reseda, CA 91335 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Sherman Oaks CES Knights (Reseda, CA) and the visiting Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences Vipers (Granada Hills, CA), saw Sherman Oaks CES's volleyball squad nip Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Sherman Oaks CES upgrades its record to 15-5 on the year. The Knights host Triumph Charter (Sylmar, CA) to play the Jaguars in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 1. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 11-7. Triumph Charter won 3-0 in their recent league bout against North Valley Military Institute (Sun Valley, CA)
The Vipers now own a 6-9 record. They play next when they host Vaughn for a Valley bout on Monday, October 3. Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences will play a White Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over East Valley (North Hollywood, CA). The White Tigers record now stands at 8-0.
