October 1, 2024: Sharon Springs, KS 67758 Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Wallace County Wildcats (Sharon Springs, KS) and the visiting Dighton Hornets (Dighton, KS), observed Wallace County's volleyball team top Dighton by a tally of 2-0.
The Wildcats (10-5) will now prepare for their contest against Triplains/Brewster (Brewster, KS). The Titans enter the non-league contest with a 1-16 record.
Next, the Hornets meet the Greeley County Jackrabbits (Tribune, KS) in a Northwest Kansas contest, on Tuesday, October 1. Dighton will attempt to upgrade on its 11-9 season record. The Jackrabbits enter the contest with a 13-7 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Wichita County (Leoti, KS).
