October 1, 2024: Jemison, AL 35085 Jemison Panthers (Jemison, AL) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Maplesville Red Devils (Maplesville, AL), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Jemison improves its record to 17-10 on the season. The Panthers host Isabella (Maplesville, AL) to face the Mustangs in a non-league test on Thursday, October 3. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 4-13. Isabella won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Verbena (Verbena, AL)
The Red Devils now own a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Billingsley for a 1A Area 7 test on Monday, October 7. Maplesville will face a Bears squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Marion (Marion, AL). The Bears record now stands at 15-7.
