In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Southern Huntingdon County Rockets volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Moshannon Valley Black Knights/Damsels.

The Rockets (10-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Claysburg-Kimmel (Claysburg, PA). The Bulldogs come into the Inter-County - East challenge with a 2-10 record. In their last challenge, Claysburg-Kimmel lost by Windber (Windber, PA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Black Knights/Damsels play the Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy WolfPack (Boalsburg, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 2.
