October 1, 2024: King, NC 27021 The West Stokes Wildcats (King, NC) volleyball knocked off the visiting T.W. Andrews Red Raiders (High Point, NC), 3-0 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 14-3 record. They play next when they travel to Morehead for a Mid-State 2A bout on Thursday, October 3. West Stokes will confront a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to McMichael (Mayodan, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 9-8.
The Red Raiders (4-13) will now prepare for their game against North Forsyth (Winston-Salem, NC). The Vikings enter the Mid-State 2A game with a 1-17 record. In their last game, North Forsyth was dropped by Walkertown (Walkertown, NC), 3-0, in a league game.
