With the win, Monacan improves its record to 4-7 on the season. The Chiefs travel to Colonial Heights (Colonial Heights, VA) to encounter the Colonials in a non-league battle on Monday, October 6. The Colonials go into the battle with a record of 8-3. Colonial Heights won 3-0 in their recent league battle against Petersburg (Petersburg, VA)
The Blue Devils now own a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Henrico for a Capital battle on Thursday, October 2. Varina will meet a Warriors team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Hanover (Mechanicsville, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-6.
