October 1, 2025: East St. Louis, IL 62205 In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Gibault Catholic Hawks volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the East St. Louis Flyers.
The Hawks (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Father McGivney Catholic (Glen Carbon, IL). The Griffins come into the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Father McGivney Catholic lost by Althoff Catholic (Belleville, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Flyers play the Alton Redbirds (Alton, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 7. East St. Louis will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
