October 1, 2025: Spencer, NC 28159 The North Rowan Cavaliers (Spencer, NC) volleyball knocked off the visiting Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy Eagles (Huntersville, NC), 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Cavaliers now hold a 4-14 record. They take the field next when they host North Stanly for a Yadkin Valley 2A/3A match on Thursday, October 2. North Rowan will battle a Comets squad coming off a 3-0 league win over South Stanly (Norwood, NC). The Comets record now stands at 12-10.
The Eagles (0-16) will now prepare for their match against Carolina International (Concord, NC). The Comets enter the non-league match with a 3-13 record. In their last match, Carolina International fell by Jackson Day (Charlotte, NC), 3-0, in a league bout.
