October 2, 2025: Moundville, AL 35474 In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Tuscaloosa County Wildcats volleyball team scored a 2-0 win over the Hale County Wildcats.
With the win, Tuscaloosa County advances its record to 9-17 on the season. The Wildcats travel to McGill-Toolen (Mobile, AL) to face the Yellowjackets in a non-league test on Friday, October 3. The Yellowjackets go into the test with a record of 23-2. McGill-Toolen won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Gulf Breeze (Gulf Breeze, FL)
The Wildcats now sport a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Helena for a non-league test on Saturday, October 4. Hale County will play a Huskies team coming off a 3-0 league win over Chelsea (Chelsea, AL). The Huskies record now stands at 19-15.
