Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Archbishop Wood nudges Hatboro-Horsham
October 2, 2021: Warminster, PA 18974 Archbishop Wood Vikings (Warminster, PA) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Hatboro-Horsham Hatters (Horsham, PA), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Vikings confront the Roman Catholic Cahillite (Philadelphia, PA) in a Philadelphia Catholic challenge, on Tuesday, October 5. Archbishop Wood will attempt to better on its 8-2 season record. The Cahillite enter the challenge with a 10-2 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Downingtown East (Exton, PA).
The Hatters now have a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Hope-Solebury for a Bicentennial - Independence challenge on Monday, October 4. Hatboro-Horsham will confront a Lions team coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Abington (Abington, PA). The Lions record now stands at 0-8.
