October 2, 2023: Elyria, OH 44035 The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the St. Joseph Academy Jaguars (Cleveland, OH) and the host Elyria Pioneers (Elyria, OH), saw St. Joseph Academy's volleyball squad beat Elyria by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, St. Joseph Academy upgrades its record to 13-0 on the year. The Jaguars host Gilmour Academy (Gates Mills, OH) to play the Lancers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 3. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 11-4. Gilmour Academy won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Huron (Huron, OH)
The Pioneers now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they host Midview for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 10.
