The Illinois Valley Central Grey Ghosts topped the visiting Prairie Central Hawks volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Monday's league test.

The Grey Ghosts now have a 16-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brimfield for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 3. Illinois Valley Central will confront a Indians team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Lewistown (Lewistown, IL). The Indians record now stands at 11-7.

The Hawks (17-7) will now prepare for their test against Tolono Unity (Tolono, IL). The Rockets enter the Illini Prairie test with a 12-14 record. In their last test, Tolono Unity was knocked off by Monticello (Monticello, IL), 2-1, in a league test.
