California High School Volleyball - La Jolla Country Day over Santa Fe Christian

In Wednesday's league challenge, the host La Jolla Country Day Torreys volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Santa Fe Christian Eagles.

The Torreys (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Santa Fe Christian (Solana Beach, CA). The Eagles come into the challenge with a 7-10 record.

Next, the Eagles meet the Pacific Ridge Firebirds (Carlsbad, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, October 9. Santa Fe Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Firebirds come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to San Dieguito Academy (Encinitas, CA).
