Longmeadow Lancers (Longmeadow, MA) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Minnechaug Regional Falcons (Wilbraham, MA), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Longmeadow improves its record to 6-2 on the season. The Lancers host Reading Memorial (Reading, MA) to face the Rockets in a non-league test on Saturday, October 5. The Rockets go into the test with a record of 7-1.

The Falcons now own a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chicopee Comp for a non-league test on Friday, October 4.
