Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Valley View toppled by Abington Heights
October 2, 2024: Clarks Summit, PA 18411 Abington Heights Comets (Clarks Summit, PA) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Valley View Cougars (Archbald, PA), 4-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Abington Heights advances its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Scranton Prep (Scranton, PA) to clash with the Cavaliers in a Lackawanna - Division I test on Monday, October 7. The Cavaliers come into the test with a record of 12-1.
The Cougars now have a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they host North Pocono for a Lackawanna - Division I test on Monday, October 7. Valley View will clash with a Trojans team coming off a 8-1 league win over Delaware Valley (Milford, PA). The Trojans record now stands at 10-2.
