Massachusetts High School Soccer - Loomis Chaffee School knocks off Worcester Academy
October 2, 2024: Worcester, MA 01604 The Loomis Chaffee School Pelicans soccer squad scored 6 points and held the host Worcester Academy Hilltoppers to 0 in the Pelicans non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Pelicans now hold a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Northfield Mount Hermon for a NEPSAC Freelance bout on Friday, October 4. Loomis Chaffee School will play a Hoggers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over St. Paul's (Concord, NH). The Hoggers record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Worcester Academy moves to 5-1 on the year. The Hilltoppers host Avon Old Farms (Avon, CT) to play the Beavers in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 5. The Beavers go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Avon Old Farms won 5-0 in their recent league bout against Hotchkiss School (Lakeville, CT)
