Missouri High School Softball - Winnetonka bounces Lincoln College Prep
October 2, 2024: Kansas City, MO 64119 The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Winnetonka Griffins (Kansas City, MO) and the visiting Lincoln College Prep Blue Tigers (Kansas City, MO), observed Winnetonka's softball team notch a victory over Lincoln College Prep by a final score of 21-6.
The Griffins (12-7) will now prepare for their bout against Kearney (Kearney, MO). The Bulldogs go into the Class 4 District 5 bout with a 21-4 record. In their last bout, Kearney gained a win over Excelsior Springs (Excelsior Springs, MO), 5-0, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Blue Tigers battle the Sherwood Marksmen (Creighton, MO) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, October 9. Lincoln College Prep will attempt to better on its 0-8 season record. The Marksmen come into the outing with a 5-13 record after their 11-10 non-league loss to Harrisonville (Harrisonville, MO).
