North Carolina High School Volleyball - Southwest Guilford over Bishop McGuinness

October 2, 2024: High Point, NC 27265

In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the host Southwest Guilford Cowboys volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Bishop McGuinness Villains.

The Cowboys (14-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Grimsley (Greensboro, NC). The Whirlies come into the Metro 4A challenge with a 18-3 record. In their last challenge, Grimsley beat Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Villains meet the Bethany Wolves (Summerfield, NC) in a Northwest Piedmont 1A challenge, on Thursday, October 3. Bishop McGuinness will attempt to upgrade on its 12-6 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 7-10 record after their 3-0 league loss to Leadership Academy (Kernersville, NC).
