October 2, 2024: Geneva, NY 14456 Newark Reds (Newark, NY) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Geneva Panthers (Geneva, NY), 3-2 in a league test.
With the win, Newark improves its record to 4-4 on the season. The Reds travel to Mynderse Academy (Seneca Falls, NY) to encounter the Blue Devils in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 8. The Blue Devils go into the test with a record of 6-4.
The Panthers now own a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Batavia for a non-league test on Thursday, October 3. Geneva will encounter a Blue Devils squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Honeoye Falls-Lima (Honeoye Falls, NY). The Blue Devils record now stands at 2-7.
