Michigan High School Soccer - Utica Ford toppled by Athens
October 2, 2025: Troy, MI 48085 Athens Red Hawks (Troy, MI) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Utica Ford Falcons (Sterling Heights, MI), 5-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Athens moves its record to 9-3 on the campaign.
The Falcons now sport a 5-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cranbrook Kingswood for a non-league test on Friday, October 3. Utica Ford will clash with a Cranes team coming off a 3-1 league win over St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI). The Cranes record now stands at 10-1.
